qualified, extensively trained and business excellence driven professional. In his more than 20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industries, Mr.
Saenz has achieved successful results establishing Project & Portfolio
Management Governance, Project Management Office (PMO), Project Risk Management, Benefits Management, Organizational PM Maturity Level Assessment, Change Management and trainings to drive business excellence performance
and operational efficiency. He also has
performed successful projects applying Lean and Six Sigma tools to achieve Business
Transformation as well as Equipment and Facilities Qualification, Technology
and Product Transfer, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Regulatory Compliance
Program and New Product Launch.
Strong interpersonal,
customer service and organizational skills. Excellent team player with proven
leadership skills. Proficient in training and coaching others with the ability
to influence and motivate. Demonstrated experience in Project Management
